What is Activation Energy ?





Why Don't Have What You Want ? 


No matter what you're trying to accomplish such as too loose weight,
work out everyday, learn a new habit, or grow your business; 
there's a reason your not seeing the results you want. You need some Activation Energy. 
What is Activation Energy ? 
It's the minimum physical force you need to make changes happen in your life or in your business. 

Think of it like this; a spark from striking a flint is the minimum force needed to light the flame on a torch or Bunsen burner. 
In the same sense your it's like creating a kick start. 

A good way to put some Activation Energy into your weight loss, your workouts, or your business is to take minimum force action. 

For Example: Make a change in your routine. 
Commit to getting out of bed 30 minutes earlier each day or, 
Start working out 4 days a week instead of 3 or, 
Turn off your favorite TV Show and work on your business. 

Making these kinds of changes will bring you face to face with the physical force needed to change human behavior. 

If you want to get what you want you must start creating change with Activation Energy.
